Xtreme RoamForce 270° Freestanding Awning with LED Lighting
Item No: XSOD-CA0104
Wrap-around shade in under a minute — no forest of poles, no fuss.
The Xtreme RoamForce is a factory-direct 270° freestanding awning built for real overlanding — long dirt-road days, exposed campsites, and the kind of weather that folds cheaper awnings in half. One person can swing it out in under 60 seconds, covering roughly 11.5 m² around the rear and side of the vehicle. Reinforced high-tensile aluminum arms, a heavy stainless pivot, 600D rip-stop Oxford with a silver UV-blocking underside, PU 3000mm heat-sealed seams, and a 1000D PVC transit bag that survives the road. Tri-color LED strips run inside the arms and plug into any USB power source. Available in LHS or RHS, universal roof-rack brackets included. OEM/ODM colours and private-label branding on request.

Features
Engineered, not assembled.
60-Second Deployment
One person, one motion. Unclip the transit bag, swing the arms out, tension the fabric — you're in the shade before the kettle boils.
Truly Freestanding
Reinforced box-section aluminum arms and a stainless pivot hold the canopy open in light-to-moderate wind. Save the support poles for exposed sites and storm nights.
Silver-Coated UV Shield
The 600D rip-stop underside carries a silver coating that blocks around 99% of UV and drops the temperature underneath by up to 8°C in full sun.
PU 3000mm Waterproof
Heat-sealed seams, not just stitched. Rain runs to the edge and drops clear of your camp kitchen instead of soaking through.
Integrated Tri-Color LED
Anti-drop LED strips embedded in the arms give you cool white, warm white and amber light — powered by any standard USB portable power station.
Universal Roof-Rack Fit
Heavy-duty bracket kit installs cleanly on Rhino-Rack, Front Runner, ARB, and standard T-slot or round crossbars.
1000D PVC Transit Bag
UV-stabilized, abrasion-resistant, and cut close to the arms so it doesn't flap at highway speed. Dust and grit stay out.
Dealer-Ready Packaging
Factory-direct pricing, MOQ from 10 units, OEM/ODM colours and private-label branding on request. Available in LHS (driver side) and RHS (passenger side).

Description
More about Xtreme RoamForce 270°.
Introduction: Engineering the Perfect Camp Perimeter
When the trail gets long and the sun gets high, efficiency is everything. The Xtreme RoamForce 270° Freestanding Awning is designed for those who value setup speed without sacrificing structural integrity. Engineered to deploy in under 60 seconds, this massive wrap-around shelter provides over 11 square meters of UV-protected living space. Whether you're setting up a quick lunch spot or establishing a permanent expedition basecamp, the Xtreme RoamForce provides the rugged, freestanding reliability that serious overlanders demand.
The Freestanding Advantage: No Poles, No Hassle
Most 270-degree awnings require a forest of support poles to stay upright. Our advanced engineering allows the Xtreme RoamForce to remain fully freestanding in light-to-moderate wind conditions.
- Reinforced Alloy Framework: The support arms are constructed from high-tensile aluminum with reinforced box-sections, providing the lateral strength to hold its own against gravity and gusts.
- Heavy-Duty Pivot Point: The heart of the awning is a massive stainless steel pivot assembly, ensuring a lifetime of smooth deployments without the "sag" common in budget alternatives.
All-Weather Material Science
We’ve chosen materials that can withstand the abrasive reality of desert sand and mountain storms.
- 600D Rip-stop Oxford: The heavy-duty canopy is treated with a specialized silver coating on the underside, blocking 99% of harmful UV rays and reducing the temperature beneath the awning by up to 8°C.
- PU3000MM Waterproofing: Every seam is factory heat-sealed. Rain beads off the surface instantly, ensuring your camp kitchen and lounge area remain bone-dry in sudden downpours.
- 1000D PVC Transit Bag: When you’re on the move, the awning is protected by a UV-stabilized, heavy-duty storage bag, keeping dust and moisture away from the fabric.
Expedition Extras: Built-In LED Ecosystem
Nighttime camp tasks are simplified with our Integrated LED Lighting System.
- Seamless Integration: Three-color LED strips (Cool White, Warm White, and Amber) are embedded directly into the support arms.
- Plug-and-Play Power: Powered via a standard USB lead, you can run your camp lights off any portable power station or vehicle USB port.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I use this awning in heavy winds without the poles?
A: While the Xtreme RoamForce is designed to be freestanding in light-to-moderate conditions (up to 15-20 mph), we always recommend deploying the integrated support poles and guy-ropes in heavy winds or storm conditions to prevent structural damage.
Q: Does the silver coating actually reduce heat?
A: Yes. The specialized silver backing reflects a significant portion of solar radiation, keeping the area beneath the awning up to 8°C cooler than the ambient air temperature in direct sunlight.
Q: Is it compatible with my roof rack?
A: The awning includes a universal heavy-duty bracket kit designed to fit most standard T-slot roof racks, flat platforms (like Rhino-Rack or Front Runner), and traditional crossbars.
