FAQ
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Can you quote in different currencies for each market?+
Yes. We quote in USD, EUR and AUD, with tiered dealer pricing for the USA, Europe, Australia and other markets — built so resellers and importers can actually make margin.
How do you handle vehicle compatibility?+
Use the fitment checker and send us the vehicle year, make, model, rack type, roof load rating and the tent you have in mind. We never claim universal fit — every setup is reviewed by a person.
What's the MOQ for OEM and private label?+
Private label starts at one container. Custom fabric colours, hardware finishes, embroidered or printed logos and retail-ready packaging are all available from day one.
What should we cross-sell with a rooftop tent?+
The high-attach items: awnings, annex rooms, roof racks and boxes, mattress upgrades, ladder extensions, shoe bags, LED lighting and storage bags.
Do you work with small dealers, installers and outdoor brands?+
Yes — a big part of our business. Low MOQs, private label options and hands-on support for smaller retailers, installers, online shops and independent outdoor brands.
How fast is production and delivery?+
Stock items ship within 7 days. OEM containers typically leave the factory in 30–45 days and move door-to-door through our freight partners.
