Use of xrforcee.com and any commercial supply by Xtreme RoamForce is governed by the following terms. Site content is provided for general information to B2B customers. Specifications, weights and dimensions are approximate and may change without notice as we improve our products. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed only on receipt of a signed pro-forma invoice and the agreed deposit. Lead times are working-day estimates and exclude freight transit. Title passes per the agreed Incoterm (typically EXW or FOB Ningbo). Warranty: 12 months from B/L date on manufacturing defects. Excludes wear, accidental damage, misuse and unauthorised modification. Warranty claims must be submitted with photo and serial-plate evidence. Liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Disputes are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and submitted to arbitration in Ningbo, unless a different forum is agreed in writing. For B2B sales in the USA, EU or Australia, additional jurisdiction-specific terms may apply and are set out in the relevant pro-forma invoice or supply agreement.
